Casper Store Toronto
I had no idea Casper had opened up a physical retail location here in Toronto until I happened to walk by it on Queen back in May.
I found out afterwards it’s not the only one in Toronto either, but it’s the only one I’ve been to.
I’m glad I did though, because the inside of the store is beautiful.
This stack of pancakes gives me Wreck It Ralph 2 vibes.
Their Casper Glow lights are on proud display right when you walk in.
It really surprised me when Casper (just a mattress company, or so I thought back then) came out with their lights earlier this year. For their first foray into consumer electronics, they totally nailed the execution.
It’s already one of my favourite products.
Throughout the store, there’s a collection of curated rooms, each stocked with a different combination of Casper products to try.
The two remotes on the beds are part of an adjustable add-on underneath the mattresses. You can lower and raise both your head and your feet with them.
I must say, with everything else being so polished, the remotes stick out like a sore thumb. The only Casper touch to them is a little screen printed decal.
Of course, there are plenty of Casper Glows to be found.
They have great night stands too but somehow they missed my camera’s attention. Will update once I get a photo.
Even the wall hooks they’ve selected are gorgeous.
These remind me of room service breakfast cards. There’s at least one in each room to let you know what you can find inside.
Sleeping sleeping mask.
Between the rooms, Casper has crafted a very distinctive store display style for all their products.
These miniatures are so cute.
Laser cut text gives the bolded titles some extra depth.
I want something like this for my scarves.
Cushion details.
Even the store corners are well curated.
Employees wear on brand pajamas over regular clothes as their uniform.
I’ve been seeing Pixelbooks a lot in stores, I wonder how aggressive Google has been in pushing them out.
This place is definitely worth the visit.
