  as an art a design student

It's hard to describe my first year projects with just words (and this was for my English teacher too, oh the irony - sorry Ms. MacInnis) so I have a whole bunch of pictures here instead.

Wood necklace + random hollowed up branch (not related to any school projects, this was for myself)

Over the winter break I visited my grandparents in Hong Kong

Tonal drawing (practice identifying areas of highlights and shadows)

Spot welded stool concept + can opener project (a project which required the use of many of the machines around the shop; to gain experience)

Laser cut camera case

Bracelet (made of wood plane shavings)

Tea candle holder (an exercise in low volume production)
